Paige Ingersoll
I have been in the counseling profession for two years. I was drawn to this line of work after witnessing how powerful connection, trust, and a listening ear can be in helping someone navigate life’s challenges, regardless of age. My experience includes treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and life transitions. I currently work with individuals 12 years and older and in my free time, I love attending sporting events (Go 'Stros!), live concerts and performances, and listening to a good audiobook or podcast with an iced coffee in hand. A journey towards healing starts with taking that first step. If you have questions or would like to schedule a free brief consultation call to help take that first step towards healing please contact me. Paige Ingersoll is an LPC-Associate supervised by Cortnee Wright, M.A., LPC-S.

I strongly believe in the potential of human beings to access their inner resources to create change and empower themselves to have the quality of life they want and they deserve. I am a Spanish/English Bilingual Therapist who works with adults. As an immigrant myself, I understand cross-cultural and acculturation situations that hinder daily life due to immigration processes. Part of my focus as a therapist is to comprehend and work with the nuances of different backgrounds and cultural needs. I have been a hypnotherapist for over 14 years. I have extensive training and experience in Traditional and Ericksonian Hypnosis. I also have training in healing emotional wounds through regressive techniques. I truly believe hypnosis is a magnificent technique to help clients reach out their inner resources, create change and empower themselves.

Salado Creek Total Wellness
Araceli is trained in both Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), evidence-based approaches that help people better understand and work with chronic conditions such as chronic (unexplained) pain, anxiety, migraines, dizziness/vertigo, IBS, tinnitus, fatigue, brain fog and other stress-related symptoms. These therapies help patients relate to symptoms in a new way—by reducing fear, strengthening the mind-body connection, processing difficult emotions, and helping the brain “unlearn” the patterns that keep symptoms stuck. Araceli’s work focuses on supporting individuals living with chronic conditions to feel safer in their bodies, more emotionally connected, and more empowered in their healing.

I have authored a book titled "Psychological Assessment of Surgical Candidates: Evidence-Based Procedures and Practices" and actively engage in society work associated with the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery to advance training and science related to bariatric surgery. My clinical training experiences have largely centered around assessing the intersections of medical/health, psychological, and social aspects of individuals to facilitate successful outcomes in medical settings. With training from some of the leading experts in psychological assessment, I am also proficient in conducting disability/worker's compensation evaluations, pre-employment screening, and general psychodiagnostic evaluations in addition to pre-surgical assessments. I am licensed in the state of Texas (#38086) and hold a PsyPact license to practice in other states. My research focuses on understanding how psychological factors contribute to medical outcomes. I have over 60 peer-reviewed publications, primarily focused on pre-surgical psychological evaluations and their predictive value for various outcomes. I use my research findings to assist patients in managing risk factors before and after surgery to optimize their outcomes. Additionally, I have a keen interest in psychological assessment, particularly in the use and study of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) in both research and practice. I have been recognized by several national organizations with early-career research awards for my contributions to pre-surgical psychological evaluations. Currently, I am the Principal Investigator on novel psychological interventions for Type 2 Diabetes. I also serve as an Associate Editor for two esteemed journals in the field – Psychological Assessment and Surgery for Obesity and Related Diseases.

Olivia Cole
Hi, I’m Olivia - and I’m here to help you feel more like you again. You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story: - Constantly overwhelmed by school, work, or life choices - Feeling like something’s missing, even when you “should” feel fine - Stuck in patterns that leave you unfulfilled or disconnected - Tired of trying to be who everyone else expects you to be If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken - you’re just exhausted from carrying too much for too long! I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re questioning your path, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling lost in your identity, you don’t have to figure it out alone. In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what it might feel like to finally be seen and supported for who you really are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real-life tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll build emotional resilience, self-trust, and strategies that help you feel grounded in your own life again - and we’ll do it at a pace that feels right for you. A bit about me: I live in Victoria, Texas, and when I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - walking my dog, horseback riding, or finding new trails to explore. I’m also a big fan of discovering hidden gem food spots wherever I go.
