Coming to therapy can be nerve wracking, my goal as your counselor is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you in your therapy goals. I have a passion for working with clients of diverse backgrounds such as sexual, gender, and ethnic minorities. I have experience working with various mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. I have worked with clients within the LGBTQ+ and minority communities for over five years. As a counselor that identifies with multiple minority identities, I understand the importance of finding a counselor that understands your world experiences and lens. I take an eclectic approach to help support unique client needs. I received my master’s degree in counseling psychology at Ball State University with a concentration in rehabilitation counseling. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy to help process emotions. I emphasize open communication, setting healthy boundaries, and confidence building. I am both trauma-informed and culturally informed. I find the most crucial part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. During sessions, I would describe my style as “chill,” supportive, while professional. Humor and light-heartedness, when appropriate, can be therapeutic and beneficial. If this sounds like a style that meets your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to learn more information. I look forward to connecting with you!
Elevate Counseling Solutions (Tony Langstaff)
“I have learned now that while those who speak about one’s miseries usually hurt, those who keep silence hurt more.” - Clive Staples Lewis Beginning the process of therapy can be intimidating, overwhelming, and scary. I completely understand and have been where you are. Sitting in silence only prolongs the inevitable. Trying to resolve the problem with the help of a friend or loved one eases the burden temporarily but you may not get to the core. Working with a trusted therapist, you begin to understand your deeper thought processes, the ineffective loops you’re likely stuck in, and the fear-based thoughts holding you back. I help people struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational conflicts. I begin where you stand now. I move slowly, gently, and respectfully towards the goals we create together. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma, and Systemic Family Therapy. Some of my past experiences include working with individuals and couples in several private practice locations over the years, an inpatient drug/alcohol addiction treatment center, and at a U.S. Air Force base helping military members and their families. I also worked as a mental health counselor in a close-security prison for 3 ½ years helping male inmates struggling with mental health issues. A few fun facts about me: I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and have lived in multiple countries and states. I've been married to my beautiful bride for over 20 years and we are empty nesters (if you don't count our 4 pets)!

Hello! I am a LCSW in Indiana and New Jersey and a LMSW-C in Michigan. I offer virtual individual therapy sessions to adults in these three states. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing symptoms such as difficulty regulating emotions, dealing with stress, and unique struggles of individuals within marginalized communities, such as LGBTQIA+ folx. I specialize in trauma and personality disorders. I accept many major insurance plans.
Elise Birch
I work with clients who are going through life or identity transitions and for those feel alone, anxious, depressed, haunted by their past, or trapped in their tangled thoughts. I also specialize in personality disorders and/or religious trauma. Education on social justice issues, including racial, cultural, LGBTQ+, and religious differences, is a top priority for me. Not all human experiences can be expressed verbally, so I am trained in both traditional talk therapy and offer art therapy as well. My guidance typically involves reframing thoughts, building assertiveness, identifying/managing emotions, trauma-informed care, harm reduction models, and processing experiences. I am also one of the only therapists in Indiana who identifies as a pagan and secular provider. If you are looking for a non-religious therapist who understands growing up in a religious environment, reach out!

Crow's Chroma Art Therapy
College can be a lot: new independence, academic pressure, identity questions, relationships, and figuring out who you are when everything is changing. Sometimes it's hard to find the words for what you're carrying. That's where art can help. I'm Hannah (Grae) Krodel, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) offering online therapy to students anywhere in Indiana. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with art-making. You don't need any art experience or "talent." Art is simply another way to explore feelings, work through stress, and see your situation from a new angle. We can use as much or as little of it as feels right to you. My goal is to offer a space that is warm, collaborative, and free of judgment, where you set the pace and we work toward what matters to you. Sessions are fully virtual, so it's easy to fit therapy between classes or from your dorm or apartment. I'm in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Carelon, Ascension SmartHealth, and Curative, and I also accept Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna EAPs.

I use an affirming lens while tailoring my approach to the holistic needs and pace of each individual. I have been practicing therapy for over 20 years and the past seven years have been in a college counseling setting.
