Meghan Smith
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping adults navigate the challenges that contribute to anxiety, depression, attention and concentration difficulties, codependency, grief, trauma, generational trauma, and PTSD. Compassion, rapport, and curiosity are at the heart of how I work with each person. Every session is designed to be a place of safety where you can explore your emotions honestly and begin creating the kind of meaningful change that lasts. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences or managing the demands of everyday life, I'm here to help you find your way through it. Our work together takes place in a compassionate, supportive therapeutic environment where you are seen, heard, and respected. Drawing on person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, we'll explore the impact of past experiences and build the healthy coping skills and resilience you need to thrive. Self-compassion, mindfulness, and breathwork are integral to my practice, because how you relate to yourself matters just as much as the strategies we develop together. The goal is always the same: to help you become the best version of yourself while navigating whatever life brings your way. My path to becoming a therapist began in social work, serving underserved individuals and communities. That experience revealed just how urgent the need for accessible, quality mental health care for all individuals truly is. Witnessing the power of genuine connection and the difference it makes in people's lives deepened my commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that not only manage symptoms but also overcome challenges faced. Today, I bring that same compassion and empathy to every session, while also gently challenging you to explore your internal dialogue, your values, and your most authentic self. Family, friends, and time spent outdoors are central to my sense of well-being, as I believe that joy and play are essential. I also love learning new things, and lately that's meant exploring the world of arts and crafts.

Life has a way of piling up. When it does, the weight of anxiety, stress, or an unexpected change can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. As a mental health therapist specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation, I work with young adults and adults who are ready to make sense of what they're carrying and find their way back to a life that feels meaningful. Whatever brought you here, whether it's daily anxiety, a relationship that's wearing on you, or a constant sense of being off-balance, you deserve a space where you can finally slow down, sort through it, and build real inner strength. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels completely right for you, leaving room for clarity, self-discovery, and growth. It would be a true privilege to walk alongside you on that path. My approach is driven by a genuine belief that every person is capable of meaningful, lasting change, and that the right space makes all the difference. Creating an environment where you feel truly heard, understood, and free to be honest is something I care deeply about, and it shapes everything about how sessions are structured. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment in our time together, in a warm and validating environment entirely centered on you. Every session is tailored to your unique story, your needs, and your goals. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help you build practical coping strategies and develop emotional flexibility — tools that don't just work in session, but travel with you into everyday life. My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep curiosity about human behavior and how mental health shapes the texture of daily life. Before this work, I spent years as a university professor, and my own migration journey gave me a firsthand understanding of what it really takes to adapt, rebuild, and grow through difficult transitions. These experiences inform how I show up in the room with you. They taught me how to offer a grounded, trustworthy, and steady presence that allows you the space to look inward and rediscover your own strengths. When I'm not working, I'm usually somewhere outdoors: hiking with my dog, riding my bike, or lacing up my roller skates with friends. Crafting rounds out the mix, and whatever the project, there's always something new in progress.

I believe in the power of vulnerability, and it's this belief that allows me to be a strong ally and a source of support and empowerment for you. If you're looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how your life experiences and the systems you exist within have shaped you, I'd love to work with you. I look forward to creating a deeper sense of understanding and self-compassion in our work. I’m passionate about helping folks lead fulfilling and authentic lives by feeling seen and creating space for self-compassion. This time deepened my commitment to providing empathetic care to those who also face personal and systemic challenges. I bring this wide array of lived experience, along with deep understanding and empathy, to each session. I love to juggle and stay active with flow arts, movement, and dance. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 20 years in direct patient care, I help adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns find greater clarity, stability, and confidence in their lives. Many of the patients I work with are looking for more than symptom management: they want to understand what they're experiencing, feel heard and supported, and build a treatment plan suited to their individual needs and goals. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and take meaningful steps toward improved mental and emotional well-being. I believe respect, kindness, compassion, and genuine listening are the foundation of meaningful mental health care, and strive to be a supportive, understanding, and nonjudgmental clinician who takes the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals. You deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout your mental health journey, and I look forward to building a trusting relationship with you, working collaboratively to find an approach that feels right for you and supporting you as you move toward greater well-being and a life that feels more fulfilling. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, with an emphasis on understanding each person as an individual. This approach is grounded in my experience in inpatient mental health, which has given me the comfort and experience to treat a wide range of mental health concerns. I believe effective care begins with feeling heard, respected, and supported, and I'm passionate about helping you find the right balance of treatment and practical strategies so you feel more like yourself and move toward the life you want. In our work together, I draw on evidence-based psychiatric care, medication management, and therapeutic approaches to help you better understand your mental health, manage symptoms, and move toward greater stability and well-being. Your care is always individualized and tailored to your unique needs, circumstances, and goals. My path to becoming a nurse practitioner began with my work as a psychiatric technician. It was during that time I fell in love with supporting people through their mental health journeys, and I witnessed firsthand the power of a strong, collaborative team. I learned early on that compassion, empathy, and a deeper understanding of each person's unique mental health needs can make a meaningful difference in their care. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work across a variety of settings and patient populations, including addiction medicine, developmental disabilities, inpatient mental health, and rehabilitation nursing. These experiences have shaped my commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, individualized care. I bring a broad clinical perspective, genuine empathy, and a commitment to making sure every patient feels heard, respected, and valued at every visit. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, especially anything that gets me into the mountains – soccer, trail running, climbing, mountaineering, and backpacking are among my favorites. Spending time with family and friends, exploring the fine arts, and attending live theatre round out my time. More recently, I've been developing my skills in landscape photography, which has given me another way to slow down, explore, and appreciate the beauty of the outdoors.

I bring a warm, nonjudgmental approach to my work now, striving to help you feel comfortable, heard, and involved in your care. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, singing, playing cozy games, and watercolor painting. These hobbies give me a chance to relax, be creative, and recharge.
Man.Kind Counseling
Finding a therapist is hard, especially when 99% of these profiles sound exactly the same. So, let's cut to the chase. I work with men who are struggling with their life the way it is, who are ready to make changes, and get back to living. Whether you're depressed, stressed, angry, constantly fighting, shutting down, or overwhelmed - you're stuck, and I can help. I offer a free initial call so we can work out what's going on, and exactly how I think we can make an impact - both on an immediate basis, and over the long-term. Our first goal: to give you the tools you need to stop feeling stuck, and start moving forward. I want you to walk out of our first session feeling confident you know what you can do to start helping yourself now. As we work together, we'll take a look at the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that caused those problems in the first place, and start to explore your path forward so you can get back to being the man and partner you want to be. I do great work with Men because I know Men's issues. I know what it's like to feel stuck, and how great it feels to get back to your life, self-esteem, and full potential. Ignoring the problem won't make it go away, so shoot me an email and let's get started. I offer free consultations and online scheduling.
Rachel Sailer
Hi, I’m Rachel, but you can call me Ray! I am primarily a relationship therapist who works with college students, graduate students, and young adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating relationships, anxiety, OCD, friendships, and all of the uncertainty that can come with figuring out adulthood. Maybe you’re doing well on paper, but internally you’re overthinking everything. You might replay conversations, reread texts, worry that someone is upset with you, need reassurance that your relationship is okay, or wonder if you’re “too much.” Or maybe you’re on the other side. You care deeply about people but pull away when relationships get too close, shut down during conflict, struggle to ask for help, or worry that being in a relationship means losing your independence. These are some of the relationship and attachment patterns I specialize in helping young adults understand. I also work with OCD and relationship OCD (ROCD), including the endless “what if?” questions that can make it difficult to trust yourself. You might find yourself analyzing whether you chose the right relationship, checking how you feel, looking for certainty, comparing, researching, replaying situations, or repeatedly asking other people what they think. And relationships aren’t just romantic. Friendships can be some of the most important and sometimes most painful relationships during college and young adulthood. Therapy can be a place to talk about friendship breakups, feeling left out, outgrowing friendships, struggling to find your people, people-pleasing, boundaries, loneliness, or wondering where you stand with someone. College and young adulthood can also bring questions about identity, career, family relationships, moving away from home, dating, breakups, changing friendships, perfectionism, and what you actually want your life to look like. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Figuring some of it out can be part of the work. My approach is relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, neuroscience, and ERP-informed work for OCD. Rather than only focusing on symptoms, I want to help you understand where your patterns came from, what they may be trying to protect you from, and whether they are still working for you today. My goal is to help you build relationships where you can care deeply about other people without losing yourself, tolerate uncertainty without needing to solve everything immediately, communicate what you need, set boundaries, and feel more secure in who you are. In addition to individual therapy, I work with dating and committed couples, particularly couples navigating attachment patterns and the pursuer-withdrawer cycle. I also offer non-religious premarital therapy for couples who want to intentionally prepare for marriage and have conversations about communication, family, finances, intimacy, values, and their future together. I offer in-person therapy in the Denver and Lakewood area and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.

Sunny Sim
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), my work spans the full range of psychiatric care, from supporting individuals through acute mental health crises to helping people manage ongoing conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD. With experience in acute psychiatric settings, I understand how overwhelming severe symptoms can feel, and I'm here to help you find stability and a clearer path forward to improve your quality of life. My commitment is to treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or working toward long-term health, I look forward to being a compassionate, collaborative partner in your care, supporting you as you work toward the goals that matter most to you. Rooted in psychopharmacology and evidence-based psychiatric care, my approach is warm, personalized, and built around you. Every treatment plan is shaped by your unique experiences, challenges, and goals because there's no one-size-fits-all path to recovery. You can always expect a collaborative environment where you feel heard, informed, and empowered to make meaningful decisions about your care. By combining evidence-based tools with a genuinely patient-centered perspective, I aim to help you find stability, build on your strengths, and move toward the kind of meaningful recovery that genuinely improves your quality of life. Growing up, I witnessed how difficult it could be for people to seek support when conversations about mental health were limited or misunderstood. That experience planted within me a deep desire to help change the narrative and shine a light on mental health in communities where stigma kept people from getting the care they deserved. It's what drew me to psychiatric nursing and what continues to drive me today. Alongside clinical expertise, I bring empathy and cultural sensitivity to every patient encounter, grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to support, healing, and hope. Nature, travel, and good food are some of my favorite ways to recharge. Spending time outdoors and exploring new restaurants keeps me curious and connected to the world around me. More recently, joining a recreational football league has been a great way to challenge myself, build community, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

A clinically focused therapist, I specialize in a trauma-informed approach to managing burnout, anxiety, gender dysphoria, and the many complications that come with queer and neurodivergent identities. I often work with adolescent and adult trauma survivors, queer and transgender folks, and anyone else who feels left behind by the white, able-bodied, neurotypical, hetero-centric, and/or cisgender expectations of our society. You may have spent a long time navigating a world that wasn't built with you in mind. Maybe you're wondering whether the things keeping you up at night are real and valid, or if they're just "all in your head." Maybe you've recently received or suspect a diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, or OCD, and you're trying to make sense of what that means for your life. Or maybe you're working toward living out your queerest, most authentic self, and you're looking for a space where that journey is celebrated rather than questioned. No matter what brings you here, my work is grounded in transparency and accountability, and in the belief that every human being carries a natural capacity to heal and grow. That belief shapes how I show up for you: as a forward-thinking, inventive partner who takes your experience seriously. Everyone has something to be proud of, a vast and sometimes hidden greatness that is uniquely theirs. I look forward to seeing yours, and helping you build a life you'd never imagined you could live. At the center of my work is the belief that no matter how different your brain, body, or soul might seem to others, or how long you've been living in survival mode, it is possible to build a life you can genuinely thrive in. That belief isn't a slogan; it's the foundation of my work with each and every patient. Resilience, adaptation, and self-acceptance are the goals we work toward together. To get there, I draw from a wide range of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, and attachment theory — selecting and combining tools based on what fits you, not a predetermined framework. My style is strengths-based and highly individualized to your background and goals, supporting you in a judgment-free environment as you build a happiness that is uniquely yours. My path to becoming a therapist began with my own gender transition in 2021. At what was the most fearful and uncertain time of my life, I was fortunate to have guides and mentors who helped me not just understand, but love who I was. They taught me to seek my joy in everything, and believed I was beautiful before I could see it myself. Since then, I've wanted nothing more than to give that same gift to others: authentic care, patience, and the vision to see that each of us, no matter how hurt or how different we might be, is a beautiful thread in the rich tapestry of life. When you sit across from me, that history comes with me, as a reminder of what it means to be seen by someone who truly believes in you, and as a commitment to being that person for you. In my spare time, I enjoy playing board games with my friends, sword-fighting at local LARP clubs, carving and crafting various leather gifts, and living a very gay domestic life with my partners, who love taking me out to KBBQ on the weekends.

With a background in social work and a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate trauma, anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Whatever you're working through, my goal is to help you feel genuinely understood, build on the strengths you already carry, and move toward lasting healing and emotional well-being. Compassion and collaboration are at the heart of how I work. Every person brings with them a unique story, and I look forward to hearing yours as a supportive partner in the healing process. My style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and nonjudgmental — and the environment I create reflects that. Helping you build confidence and emotional regulation skills within a space that feels genuinely safe and empowering is what I'm most passionate about. Treatment is always tailored to your unique needs and goal. Using trauma-focused and strengths-based approaches, I work with you to build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and feel more at home in yourself. My path to becoming a therapist began in the behavioral health field, working directly with children and teens. This role quickly taught me the importance of building strong, supportive relationships, and how those relationships could change the trajectory of a young person's healing. Watching patients develop coping skills and emotional regulation tools they'd carry with them long after our sessions, I knew this was the work I was meant to do. From there, I moved into trauma-focused therapy with children and adolescents and haven't looked back since. Those years deepened my commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care, and reinforced my belief that every person, regardless of age or circumstance, has an innate ability to grow. That conviction, along with empathy and patience, is something I bring to every session we share. In my free time, I enjoy reading, journaling and solo traveling. I find that I am my happiest when I am surrounded by mountains and close to a good coffee shop!

Finding the right support is a meaningful first step, and I'm glad you're here. As a Limited License Counselor Candidate, I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and depression, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through persistent worry, or simply looking for a space to grow, I'm here to walk alongside you. Empathy, integrity, and collaboration are at the heart of how I show up for every person I work with. Together, we'll build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward the meaningful growth you're looking for. When you come to a session, you can expect warmth, encouragement, and a genuine sense of collaboration. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we'll work together to build practical coping skills that help you better manage anxiety, depression, emotional stress, and life transitions. But beyond the modalities, what matters most to me is that you feel truly heard. Your unique experiences, values, and goals shape everything we do together. Care here is strengths-based and tailored to who you are, because you deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach. You deserve a space that feels personal, safe, and empowering, and that's exactly what I'm committed to creating for you. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an elementary school teacher, where I witnessed firsthand the growing need for mental health support among students and their families. These years were transformative, deepening my understanding of how compassionate, accessible care can change lives and reinforcing my commitment to making a real difference in the people I serve. That purpose drives everything I bring to our sessions now, including a strong foundation of empathy and a genuine investment in your well-being. Reading, biking, and spending time with family are some of the things that bring me joy and keep me grounded. Visiting Michigan and spending time along the shores of Lake Huron holds a special place in my heart, connecting me to the people and places I love most.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 14 years of acute care nursing experience across various settings, I have come to appreciate the complexities of the human experience and the importance of prioritizing our mental health. I approach each individual holistically, with a desire to understand their unique experience, current struggles, and hopes for the future in order to build a personalized and collaborative treatment approach. Being human is a dynamic and challenging process, and it is my goal to help you navigate difficult times to reach a space of fulfillment and resilience. My specialties include the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, gender identity, bipolar, and other mood disorders for children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. Mental health is the foundation that allows you to live a full and steady life, and my goal is to create a safe space where we can work together to stabilize and build upon that foundation. That’s why my approach is warm, curious, compassionate, and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based practice while always considering the unique person in front of me and their specific goals. Seeking mental health care is a vulnerable process, and it can feel daunting and scary. I want our time together to feel like a warm, open-minded space, one where I can bring hope, joy, and a little humor into the work. Alongside my clinical knowledge, I'll bring your specific needs and goals to the table, and together we'll build a treatment plan that feels manageable. From there, we'll navigate the process with curiosity and flexibility, in a way that's uniquely yours. Together, as a team, we'll find a path forward. My path to becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner was shaped by years spent at the bedside of patients as a nurse. Time and again, I noticed how often mental health concerns were dismissed or went unaddressed. Seeing this, and knowing there was only so much I could do to help within that role, is what compelled me to become a PMHNP. I was also raised in a military family, having lived all over the country and the world, and I'm sensitive to the impact of ethnicity, culture, and environment on mental health. Additionally, as a member of a marginalized community, I bring compassion and understanding to the interplay between societal constraints and mental health. When I'm not with patients, I enjoy staying active, spending time in nature, and connecting with close friends. I love visiting family and my nieces, and traveling to experience new cultures, foods, and perspectives.

Specializing in LGBTQ+ affirming care, relationships, neurodivergence, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures. My Mindfulness-based, person-centered approach means I focus on patients of all backgrounds, with particular attention to the LGBTQ+ community and to those who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change. Everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I see therapy as a partnership in that process. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you build greater understanding, connection, and a life that feels more authentically yours. Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about recognizing your strengths and finding new ways to move through life and relationships. I bring a mindful, compassionate, and collaborative approach to that work, creating a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental environment for you to do it in. Drawing from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based treatments, I help you get there in a way that's down-to-earth and tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Before becoming a therapist, I earned a PhD in chemistry and built a career spanning science, academia, and public service. The privilege of sharing in the growth journeys of students and colleagues ultimately inspired my own transition into therapy, and I bring that same curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person's journey into the therapy room. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy painting, spending time with my dogs, exploring Colorado, and keeping up a mindfulness and meditation practice. I’m also always up for discovering a great movie or getting outdoors.

I offer a collaborative, stable and compassionate therapy space to help you find your way - whether it be for transforming anxiety and depression, building skills for more inner stability, finding purpose, healing traumas, restoring connection in relationships, reducing the power of difficult or addictive behaviors, spiritual or existential topics, or achieving specific goals. I like to involve both mind and body whenever we can, especially when it feels like talking isn’t enough. I tend to use Attachment Theory, ACT, Gestalt, compassion-focused and somatic therapy in sessions, and may suggest the Brainspotting technique to work on trauma and other issues. I also offer meditation, breathing & movement exercises to ground or deepen your experience. My wish is to help you contact your own capacities for healing, self-awareness, kindness, and confidence. Please reach out if you'd like to see if we are a good fit!

Hi, I’m Gwen! I’m so glad you’re here. Life comes with change, unexpected turns, and seasons that can sometimes leave us feeling unsure of what comes next. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel supported, understood, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I’m especially passionate about supporting perinatal and postpartum mothers, couples, and families as they adjust to the joys and challenges of growing and changing together. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, every experience is different, and I would be honored to walk alongside you through each chapter. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults as they work through the challenges unique to their stage of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, build practical tools for managing emotions and relationships, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable. I believe therapy isn’t about telling you who to be or how to live, but creating a space where you can better understand yourself and move toward the life and relationships you want.

Do you feel worried or insecure, overwhelmed or numb? Do you feel scared or anxious about social interactions or events happening in the world? Are you struggling to feel able to navigate transitions and stressors that you are facing in life and school? I want you to know that you are not alone in how you are feeling and that I genuinely believe you can find connection, calm, and confidence through engaging in therapy. I also want you to know that I have faced similar challenges to the ones above and have found great healing through interventions that I offer in my therapy practice. My approach in therapy is to constantly be aware of the "whole picture" that impacts each person (oppressive systems, laws, history, world events, family systems, education systems, and relational interactions) while also focusing on the "here and now" of what you are experiencing. The majority of sessions with me are outdoors, in public parks and on trails, to encourage re-connecting to yourself and to the natural world. I also offer sessions indoors and online when the weather does not allow us to be outdoors safely. I am an active participant in each session, whether I am listening, guiding a mindfulness or experiential activity, or being with you in the emotions and experiences that are coming up. My hope is that through our work together, you will be able to re-connect to yourself, find grounding and a sense of peace by connecting to nature, and learn concrete tools and practices that help make navigating daily life more manageable. I recognize that this work can be difficult, takes time, and does not have a clear map. I believe in walking through the journey together, wherever it may lead, with curiosity and empathy along the way.
