Ayesha Savant
Hi, I’m Ayesha!
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying more than others realize. Whether you’re navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, or a major life transition, it can be difficult to know how to move forward—especially when you’ve spent a long time putting your own needs aside.
I also work with caregivers who may be experiencing burnout, overwhelm, grief, guilt, anxiety, or a sense of losing themselves while caring for a loved one. When you’re constantly focused on supporting someone else, it can be easy to lose sight of your own emotional needs.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling like you have to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that support your emotional well-being.
I believe therapy should be both supportive and purposeful. I’ll meet you where you are while helping you work toward the goals that matter most to you. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more understood, empowered, and connected to yourself.
You don’t have to navigate everything on your own. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
